CHERYL ROBSON is a filmmaker, writer and editor who worked at the BBC for several years and then taught filmmaking at the University of Westminster. She also created a publishing company, publishing over 200 international writers. Her non-fiction books include Counterculture UK- a celebration, Provence - a cultural guide, Celluloid Ceiling: women film directors breaking through, and Silent Women; pioneers of cinema voted best book on silent film in 2017.
