The Pride received the Critics' Circle Award for Most Promising Playwright and the John Whiting Award for Best New Play. The production was also awarded the Laurence Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre. His work for film includes Woman in Gold (BBC Films and Origin Pictures, 2015).
