Summary

Bake It comprises seven chapters: Breads, Cakes, Biscuits, Bars, Pastry, Baked Desserts and Accompaniments. A general introduction discusses types of baking, and each chapter gives information on essential ingredients and techniques for that particular type of baked product, as well as hints and tips. The recipes have been triple-tested to ensure that they work. All of the recipes are photographed. In addition, selected recipes have two support photographs that illustrate steps in the method.
