Mich Turner's pioneering work in the world of creative cake decoration means she is often described as the queen of couture cakes. She originally trained as a Food Scientist and was Patisserie Buyer at Harvey Nichols before founding her hugely successful Little Venice Cake Company in 1999. Mich's bespoke classic and contemporary creations have graced the table of her Majesty the Queen, Madonna, Pierce Brosnan, Paul McCartney, Cheryl Cole and David Beckham. It's no wonder then that Vogue, Tatler and Stella magazines regularly feature her delicious designs.
