Alycea Ungaro is a pioneer of the Pilates method, an authority on fitness and wellbeing, and owner of the prestigious New York studio, Real Pilates. She began studying Pilates at the age of 14, and trained for a decade before becoming and instructor under the tutelage of Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates' chosen successor.
