Summary

Mogadishu, Somalia. A luxury cruise liner has been captured by Somali pirates, with 860 lives at the mercy of the ruthless hijackers. Jake Grafton, head of Middle Eastern covert Ops for the CIA, has contacted his uniquely talented operative Tommy Carmellini, requesting his presence.
