Lorraine Buxton shares her debut poetry collection of hope & resilience. A true 'tapestry of life' exploring mental health, wellness and loss along with the uplifting gifts of life such as nature, friendship and love. 'Yet time is a healer and the day will arrive when you know in your heart you've the will to survive. The loss that you feel is starting to fade You can sit in the sun and not in the shade.
I live with my husband in Sheffield. We have a busy lifestyle but find our 'down' and 'me' time at our caravan in Lincolnshire. It overlooks the beautiful Everglades Lake and it is here where I find time to write and where we can unwind. It is where we can immerse ourselves in nature, taking photographs and watching the wildlife. I have two sons and daughter in laws of who I am so proud. They have given us four amazing grandchildren who are the centre of my universe. I cannot put into words how much I love these special people, they are my life.

Lorraine's poetry is beautifully written with woven themes of mental health, wellness and the little 'pick-me-ups' in life which we receive every day. She touches on difficult subjects which we all may experience from time to time in life and that is the 'tapestry of life' which we create through the people we meet, we love, we lose and everything in-between.
