I had the privilege of using Sue Atkins' , 'The Can-Do Kids' Journal for Superheroes. It is a fun and engaging way to build confidence and promote a positive mental attitude.
As someone who battles anxiety, I would have benefited from this when I was in school but the advantage is that my daughter would thrive from it now. A must read!
