The book prompted a lovely discussion and was a great way for [my son] to articulate his emotions. Fantastic book - road tested and heartedly recommended! - The Fostering NetworkA compelling picture book. - Write AwayA good starting point to encourage children to discuss their anxieties and fears. It may also help children to realise that many children suffer with anxiety. - Little ParachutesThis is an excellent resource for those working with anxious children. The children love the story and the beautifully bright illustrations are sure to engage even the most reticent child. - Amazon reviewer-
